Greeting Cards

Two greeting card designs from artist Kelly Washatka, with a simple message for the winter season. Envelopes included.

Carry The Light -

Approximately 4x6, these flat cards feature a design and message inspired by Paperhand's 2021 show "Unfolding Seeds - Invocations of Transformation". The message on the back reads "may you be surrounded by those who carry the light for you, this winter season and always".

From the artist: 'This design was inspired by a moment where one of my best friends in the show carried on a seed-shaped lantern, while the song lyrics on this card swelled from the band. My friends at paperhand truly carry the light for me, and this was a deeply moving moment for me at every show.'

Light in All Its Forms -

Approximately 5x7, these cards feature a digitally retouched print from an original marker & colored pencil illustration created in 2023. The back message reads: "May the long nights be full of light & warmth in all its forms".

From the artist: 'My favorite part of the winter solstice season is the reminder to look for the multitude of small sources of light and warmth, even during during longest, darkest days.'
